Ridgeline Bike & Ski is a locally owned and operated outdoor specialty retailer serving Boise and the Treasure Valley. We sell bicycles, e-bikes, skis, snowboards, boots, apparel, accessories and related equipment, and we provide professional bike, ski and snowboard fitting, repair and service.

We welcome customers in our physical retail store and provide in-store sales, product fitting and professional service. We are a brick-and-mortar retail business in Boise, Idaho, with an online store that allows customers to browse and purchase products remotely.

Ridgeline Bike & Ski was created to serve people who enjoy spending time outdoors. Our store brings together bicycles, snow sports equipment and professional service in one local business. Our team helps customers select equipment based on their individual needs, experience, goals and budget. We believe customers should understand what they are purchasing and why a particular product is appropriate for them.

Bicycles & E-Bikes

We sell bicycles and e-bikes for a variety of riding styles, including mountain biking, road and gravel riding, commuting, recreation and family riding. Our staff can help customers compare different bicycle types, sizes, components and features to find equipment appropriate for the way they ride. We also provide professional bicycle assembly, fitting, repair and maintenance services, including professional bicycle fitting, bike assembly and builds, routine maintenance, brake and drivetrain service, tubeless setup and service, bike repairs, component installation and upgrades, and e-bike service.

Ski & Snowboard

During the winter season, Ridgeline Bike & Ski provides skis, snowboards, ski and snowboard boots, bindings, apparel, helmets, goggles and other winter equipment. We help customers select equipment based on their ability, preferred terrain, goals and individual fit. Our winter service department also provides ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, mounting and related equipment service.

Professional Boot Fitting

Proper fit is an important part of ski and snowboard equipment. Ridgeline offers professional ski and snowboard boot fitting services to help customers find boots that provide an appropriate combination of fit, comfort and performance. Our fitting process can include foot measurement, 3D foot scanning, custom footbeds, shell modification, boot stretching and punching, alignment adjustments and other fitting services when appropriate. We also offer custom boot solutions, including Daleboot custom ski boots.

Professional Service

Service is an important part of what we do. Our technicians work on bicycles and snow sports equipment and help customers maintain the equipment they depend on. When service is needed, we explain what we find and discuss the available options with the customer before completing additional work when appropriate.

Ridgeline Rider Care reflects our commitment to helping customers maintain, adjust and get the most from the equipment they purchase from us.
