Package FAQ

Ski Package Questions

How packages, sizing and setup work.

What's included Boot size Binding setup New gear Shipping Different setup Location
What's in a ski package? +
Our answer

A ski, a binding whose brake width is matched to that ski, and the boot you choose, at one price. Setup is included: binding mount ($74.99), binding release test ($39.99), new ski prep ($19.99), a $134.97 value. The binding is mounted to your boot and set for you, so the package arrives ready to ski.

How do I pick my boot size? +
Our answer

Boots are listed by Mondopoint size (your foot length in centimeters). Use the Mondopoint chart on our boot-fitting page to find yours. Boots bought online are not fitted; if you are picking up in Boise, we are happy to check the fit at the shop before we mount your bindings.

How do you set my bindings? +
Our answer

After you order, we contact you for your height, weight, age and skier type. We mount the binding to your boot sole, set the release value for you, and release-test it before the package leaves the shop.

Is the gear new? +
Our answer

Yes. Every ski, binding and boot in a package is new, never-used gear from our shop inventory. Each ski and boot is a single unit, so when a size is gone it is gone.

Can you ship a package? +
Our answer

Yes. Packages ship anywhere in the US at our flat ski shipping rate, mounted and tested. You can also pick up at our shop on Overland Road in Boise.

Can I swap the ski, binding or boot? +
Our answer

The packages are set combinations of what we have in stock. If you want a different ski length, binding or boot, call us at (208) 376-9240. We can usually put a package together from other in-stock gear.
